As promised, (slightly) better photos of my NaKniSweMo 2011 sweater.

• Pattern: Easy cables - pullover and hat - MR7-6 (Ravelry) by Kaja Marie Lereng Kvernbakken from Du Store Alpakka (the pattern is in Norwegian)
• Yarn: 892 yards (815 m) of Novita Isoveli in colorway #034 (grayish green)
• Needles: 6.5 mm
• Mods: Worked the sleeves and body in circular knitting, added waist shaping.

I made it! My NaKniSweMo sweater is done. More details and better photos later… Phew!

First photos of my NaKniSweMo 2011 project. This is a pattern from Du Store Alpakka for a cabled sweater with a cowl collar in bulky-weight yarn. The pattern is in Norwegian (seriously!) but Google does a pretty good job in translating it to English.

Once the sweater is finished, it should look like this:

This year is just flying by! It’s time once again for NaKniSweMo, my annual response to NaNoWriMo, at which I have failed many times.
